THE RUNDOWN:
Here's a bit on how all this works! If you have questions, don't hesitate to shoot me an e-mail or phone call and I'll be happy to answer them for you (markn@9artphoto.com, 417.622.1379).
My hourly fee is $100 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. After the first 4 hours, each additional hour is only $75. To reserve the date, I do ask for a non-refundable $100 deposit; this $100 will also be applied to your first hour of coverage on the day of the wedding!
The rest of the coverage fees (the hourly rate) will be due on the wedding day. You are welcome to either pay in advance or during the day of the wedding itself. If you purchase a package, 50% of the package price is due the day of the wedding.
After the wedding, you can expect to receive a link to your own online proofing gallery (or cd, upon request) within 3-4 weeks. Your password protected, online gallery allows you to view your images as a slideshow and order prints directly through the site, and you are welcome to share the link with others who would like to view/order images as well. The album will be available for viewing/ordering for 30 days after being posted.

DIGITAL IMAGES:
For a high resolution disk with ALL images (free of logo stamp) from your wedding + full rights to your images, the price is $800.
For a presentation dvd with ALL images (free of logo stamp) from your wedding, the price is $300. While the lower resolution file sizes on this dvd will not be suitable for printing, they are perfect for digital viewing; you will have access to the individual images (for e-mail, facebook, etc) as well as a slideshow to show off to family and friends.
You will have 300 - 800 final images (post editing) from your wedding when coverage includes 3 or more hours.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION BONUS:
I always encourage an engagement session...it's a great way for us to have a chance to work together before the wedding day. The engagement shoot is relaxed and fun, with whatever location best matches you as a couple. And it's always nice to have some images to slip in with wedding invitations and have on display at the reception!
